This medium- bodied Minervois Las Combes is Grenache –dominated. Juicy, fresh and fruity, with almost candied cherry, pomegranate and even tangerine notes accented by Christmas spices. This is the wine we call in France “un vin de soif”, it’s difficult to stop drinking it, and you don’t need much next to it.
Food Pairing: Perfect with a bit of cheese and charcuterie, also with white meat like chicken
